By accessing and using the IPTV ID application ("Application"), you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Application.

2. Service Description

IPTV ID is a media player application that allows users to:

Add and manage IPTV playlists in M3U format
Play streaming content from user-added playlists
Save favorite channels for quick access
Configure application preferences such as language and theme

IMPORTANT: This application is a media player only and does not provide, host, or distribute any IPTV content. Users are fully responsible for the content sources they add.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of this application, you agree to:

Only use content for which you have legitimate and legal access rights
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding streaming content
Not use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Not violate third-party intellectual property rights
Take full responsibility for playlists and content you add to the application
Not share or distribute content without proper authorization

4. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

The IPTV ID application functions solely as a media player. We do not:

Provide or host IPTV content
Verify the legality of user-added content
Take responsibility for content from external sources
Support or promote content piracy

5. Limitation of Liability

IPTV ID and its developers:

Are not responsible for content accessed through the application
Do not guarantee availability or streaming quality from external sources
Are not liable for losses arising from use of the application
Are not responsible for copyright violations committed by users
Provide the application "as is" without any warranties

6. Advertising and GDPR Compliance

This application displays third-party advertisements to support ongoing development. By using the application, you agree to the following:

The application displays ads through Google AdMob and mediation networks (AppLovin, Unity Ads, IronSource, Mintegral)
For users in the European Union/EEA, we use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before displaying personalized ads
We generate a Publisher-Provided ID (random UUID) that does not contain personal information for GDPR compliance
You can change your ad consent preferences at any time through Settings → Privacy
You can choose to watch reward ads to get an ad-free experience for 1 hour (maximum 3 times per day)

GDPR Compliance: We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). EU/EEA users have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of their personal data.

7. Privacy

Your personal data usage is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice
Update the application to improve features and security
Change these terms and conditions at any time

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application if you violate these terms and conditions or use the application for illegal purposes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through competent courts in Indonesia.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
