Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Wallcraft – Wallpaper & Caption Editor mobile application (the "App") operated by the Wallcraft development team ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wallcraft, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2 Description of the App

Wallcraft provides the following features:

• Browse and download high-quality wallpapers from the Pexels library
• Set wallpapers as your device's home screen or lock screen background
• Create and edit caption images using our built-in caption editor
• Save caption projects locally on your device
• Export and share your created content

3 User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
• Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Use the App for any commercial resale of Pexels images in violation of the Pexels License
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

4 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, code, and branding (excluding third-party content), is owned by Wallcraft and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Wallcraft Brand — The name "Wallcraft", logo, and UI design are our proprietary assets. You may not use them without our written permission.
• Pexels Images — All wallpaper images are owned by their respective photographers and provided under the Pexels License. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• User-Generated Content — Caption text and designs you create remain your own. By using the App, you grant us no rights to your created content.

5 Advertisements

Wallcraft is a free app supported by advertising. By using the App, you agree to see ads delivered by Google AdMob. We serve:

• Banner ads at the bottom of the home screen
• Interstitial ads at natural transition points
• Rewarded ads that you can choose to watch for benefits (e.g., HD export)

We comply with Google AdMob policies and applicable advertising standards. Ads are clearly labeled and are not designed to deceive users.

6 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The content is accurate, complete, or current
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WALLCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7 Third-Party Links & Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Pexels). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review their terms and policies.

8 Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may stop using the App at any time by simply uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, locally stored data will be deleted.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, please stop using the App.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia.

12 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wallcraft regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
